few meters from the Termini Station. I booked because I have seen many positive coments in fact, Hotel is very nice. Many free services We didn't expect much, so we were beyond excited to find a very comfortable, private room with our own bathroom just for us. They have laptops in the rooms- with really fast wi- fi. And the big screen tv as well was for real- they had a binder full of movie titles to choose from if we were so inclined! The breakfast, albeit simple, was enough to get us through to lunch, but we often supplemented the meal with some fresh fruit from the Conad across the street also the offering you a cup of tea or coffe. Low prices, very clean room nice staff...

I am very satisfied because I found in my room that was advertised on the site, even in the room was also a laptop with free internet connection. Air conditioning worked very , fine in the room had a fridge, private bathroom, Big Tv , Excellent location. Big rooms, clean sheets. Bathroom was big and the equipment in a good shape. Comfortable beds The staff, especially at the reception desk, were so courteous, friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect. I was surprised of the staff of this B & B and especially of Stan talking 5 or 6 languages, including German, Russian etc.. one thing I have ever met in B and B. The room very clean, in room free Internet access , laptop, big TV, air conditioning worked very well, refrigerator.

Breakfast basic but they have been good to put the The and Coffee service in room on request for free .

The location was absolutely perfect. Very near the Terminini Station where our hop-on-hop-off bus also stops. Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Their receptionist Ms. lina was very helpful and accommodating. She gave us some refreshments when we arrived and guided us to our room. She even gave us a bunch of DVD's in case we can still have time to watch movies. The room and the bathroom were very clean.

    Fabulous

Very well located just in front of Termini train station, room very clean and comfortable bed... Computer with internet connection in the room, staff very helpful...

The elevator is really small (2 person), so take that in consideration if you are traveling with a lot of luggage.....

I have mixed feelings about this place. The location was perfect, a couple blocks from the train station and next to a lot of good tourists sites and places to eat and shop. So if location is your main concern, this is a great one.

A few things I did not like about this place...first, each time you leave, you have to give you key back to the front desk. Not a huge deal until you come back and all you want to do is go up to your room but you have to stop at the front desk first. If they are helping another customer...you're going to be waiting awhile until they can get your key. Kind of sucks you just have to sit there waiting until you can go up to your room. Second, our air conditioner broke. We didn't sleep either nights we were there...at all. We tried opening the windows and it was seriously soooo loud outside, all night long. You read people complaining about the noise at this place...and I thought it couldn't really be that bad...oh but it is. It sounds like there's a war going on in the streets below. So no air conditioner, extremely loud street noise...and then, since we had to keep the windows open, we had the biggest bug I have ever seen in my life visit us. It then proceeded to walk on all of us while we tried to sleep...it was seriously a mutated grasshopper/cockroach...once we saw that...there was no way we could even try to sleep. In all...the room was "ok"...the staff wasn't too helpful though, especially once we found out our air conditioner broke. I was hoping we could get a new room, since it was 90 degrees outside but no luck. If we didn't have the problems we did I would have rated this place higher...so you may have better luck here then we did and be just fine.

I think the best thing about the Viennese Due is the customer service. We found the staff to be very professional and extremely helpful. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Their intention is to ensure you are comfortable and happy during your stay. The place isn't grand but is absolutely fine and has has exactly what you need. Power shower, tv, laptop computer - room size average. Freshly cleaned room each day - bed linen was always changed, and fresh bath towels shampoo, soap etc left out. The location was excellent - just stepped outside the door and crossed the Road to the Termini station which is a great place to be if you want to travel round Rome. 10/10

    Superb

For an overnight stay close to the station this hotel is ideal; facilitites are adequate, free internet, safety deposit box, air con. Owner and reception staff very helpful and welcoming. Great location with restaurants opposite if you don't wan to go to the centre.

The room (8) was close to reception and you could here people checking out, for me it wasn't a problem as I'm an early riser.

    Good

We liked the proximity to the Termini. The room was clean and we did appreciate the internet.

Did not like the shower in our room. The whole bathroom got wet including the toilet paper and the floor became very slippery. I actually slipped and hurt my arm getting out of the bathroom. Our door kept making a noise everytime someone opened another door in the area. Was not easy to find.

    The staff were very friendly

    1. The room door handle was broken which could have been a problem in the event that we would have to have left the room during a fire. 2. There was no fire escape plan indicated in the room, or fire exits. This is also dangerous and does not comply with European Law. 3. The air extractor in the bathroom was very very dirty, so dirty that air could not pass thru it. 4. The lack of a shower curtain in the bathroom meant that the bathroom floor was always wet and very slippery. Water also leaked thru the bathroom door into the room. 5. Although the bedding was clean, there was a thick layer of dust on all the other surfaces, particularly the radiator and window ledge. 6. The electric plug sockets were very overloaded, 5 or 6 things connected to one point, with electrical wires exposed. Again, The staff were very nice, along with my other comments, I feel the room and B&B in general had far to much furniture blocking the hall and exit, In the event of a fire the people inside would have no chance of escape.

    Very good

We liked Stan, the concierge. He was responsive and instructive. Each time there was a problem with the room he did his level best to fix it. He warned us away from tourist traps.

The room was chosen because it was to be larger. I indicated we wanted the extra bed removed, but the b&b did not know of this request. Unfortunately that room, though more expensive, had no shower as such, but only an overhead spray. We were given a smaller room, with no reduction in cost (with apologies) and a shower. But the sewage odour was always present and difficult to deal with. The internet needed daily rebouting by the concierge, and was difficult to control.

The premises are split and you do not know which address you are at until you arrive on the 4th floor of the main address. In my case I had to double handle 4 cases with my daughter.

    Very good

Viennese Due was a clean apartment in the heart of Rome.Less than 3min walk from the Rome Termini -the main train station that takes you to every part of Rome.Fair value for the resonable cost compared to some of the more expensive hotels.I Liked the clean bath and comfortable beds and the quiet athmosphere cause you need the rest to be fit to tour the many places of interest. For breakfast I had to go to a nearby cafe with a free voucher for a cup of cuppachino and croissant-not good for someone who likes a healthy breakfast-but an ideal location for a hotel

Breakfast is simple -The hotel could hype this aspect of the hungary travellers.
